Dropper

Droppers or pipettes (pipets) are used in a laboratory to transport and/or measure a specific volume of liquid from one area to another, usually in small quantities. To use a dropper, simply hold it vertically to start, then gently squeeze the rubber end,  using your thumb and forefinger, place it into your liquid, and release the rubber while still holding the dropper vertically. Lift from the liquid, and gently squeeze the rubber to remove any excess liquid and then release. To dispense the liquid, just squeeze the rubber in droplets.
